| Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna baths are things which we associated with spas, health clubs etc. However it is no longer restricted to these places. It is no longer the prerogative of these places. Due to modernization people have become more and more demanding as far as their comfort and leisure is concerned. This change can be ascertained by the money spent by people on comfort goods. Comfort goods occupy more than fifty percent of a person’s income. Shower enclosures have become increasingly popular as they adorn the bathroom beautifully. Shower enclosures as the name suggests are protective glass shields which are placed around the shower area to prevent water from spreading around. A shower enclosure makes sure that an exclusive shower area is created inside the bathroom. Many builders, architects and plumbers suggest such enclosures in order to create an elegantly furnished bathroom. The steam from inside the bath gets trapped inside the glass enclosure and this steam has healing properties. It helps in killing the pathogens in the body; it relaxes and revitalizes the mind and body. This steam is also good for patients of respiratory and breathing problems. Shower enclosures apart from serving the essential function of creating an exclusive bathing area is actually multifunctional as it is paired with shower bags, stands and other accessories. These enclosures are available in many colours. The colour of these enclosures should be chosen with great care as it can add perfection to the décor of the bathroom. However, nowadays dark shades like red, dark blue and especially black is in great demand. Manufacturing companies like Hangzchou, Sabco and Scingart are excellent producers. There is a wide choice of brand names to choose from whether it be Indian companies or western companies.
